Armstrong has received accreditation through the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors / Laboratory Accreditation Board - International (ASCLD/LAB).
ASCLD/LAB accreditation will allow Armstrong to continue presenting evidence in Texas Criminal Courts.
Texas has enacted state regulations that, along with the necessary documentation, are very restrictive to ensure only quality evidence is presented.
Armstrong has restructured some of its standard operating procedures to comply with these new regulations. The quality of the work is the same; only the terminology within our documentation has changed. Specific areas of accreditation are Fire Debris, Controlled Substance and Unknown Analysis.
